Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

International Shipping (If applicable)

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days

  • Customs processing time may vary by destination.

Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking information.

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update.

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging and the product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

✅ Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Failure to receive

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

The customer is responsible for additional reshipping costs.
